The Executive Director is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Centre County Children’s Advocacy Center (CC-CAC) activity, including financial management and establishment and implementation of policies and procedures related to the CC-CAC. The Executive Director is responsible for representing the CC-CAC in the community and ensuring effective working relationships among the disciplines, departments, agencies and organizations essential to the CC-CAC’s success and the wellbeing of abused and at risk children.

Manages and administers Mount Nittany Health (MNH) projects in efforts to develop a detailed project management plan for various Human Resources activities and projects. Assists with the advancement of Human Resources initiatives in accordance with organizational guidelines.
Responsible to the Director of Perioperative Services and Unit Manager and/or designee for overall nursing practice. Provides professional nursing care based on current nursing knowledge through the use of the American Society of Post Anesthesia Nurses (ASPAN) Standards during the Post Anesthesia Phase I and Phase II and transfer to the receiving patient care unit. The nursing roles during this phase focus on providing a transition from a totally anesthetized state to one requiring less acute interventions. This includes use of the nursing process through assessment of patient's needs, development of a plan to meet those needs, implementation of nursing interventions and evaluation of the effectiveness of the nursing care and other treatment measures to achieve optimal patient outcomes on discharge from the Post Anesthesia Care Unit for the pediatric through geriatric age patient.
Under general supervision of the Director of Critical Care Services/Clinical Supervisor, Respiratory Care, the RRT performs all respiratory care general modalities. Sets up and takes down, performs, observes and documents modalities and simple diagnostics i.e. ABG. May be required to learn and perform more complex diagnostics. Provides therapy modalities and procedures to patients of all ages in all areas of the Medical Center, particularly in General floors, the ICU/Critical Care departments, ED and as prescribed by a physician. Responsible for the application and operation of acute care ventilators used for continuous short and long-term mechanical ventilation of adults, pediatrics and neonates. Therapists are expected to be self directed and professional at all times in the absence of the Clinical Supervisor. Maintains all department and Medical Center records and enters accurate information into the Medical Center computer for the therapy as given. Therapists have very good customer service skills and communicate well any issues, requests or information that helps in providing great patient care. The RRT is assigned a responsibility within the department that can range from QA to research. All RRT personnel adhere to established infection control guidelines.
Assists the department leadership in the development and maintenance of proper base staffing. Provides support related to computer, clerical and payroll responsibilities.
*This scheduler will work with both CCS and the ED, but may be asked to cover other departments if needed.

This position will float to ASU and PACU as needed.
Provides professional nursing care based on current nursing knowledge through use of the Emergency Nurses Association (ENA) standards. This includes the use of the nursing process through assessment of the patient needs, development of the plan of care to meet those needs, implementation of nursing interventions and evaluations of patient care outcomes for the neonate through geriatric age population. This position is subject to scheduled on-call assignments as needed, due to community event influence on Emergency Department patient volumes.
Responsible for scheduling surgical and medical procedures as well as diagnostic testing, within both the in-patient and out-patient settings. This involves coordinating with hospital and practice personnel, obtaining pre-authorizations and providing general information and education to patients regarding the procedure and/or test. Ensure all appropriate patient information is gathered prior to the patient’s visit. Actively participates as a member of the healthcare team to engage patients, families and caregivers in the coordination of patient care. Perform various administrative duties such as answering telephones, making copies and maintaining supplies.
Provide care to patients as directed by the provider, including preparing patients for examination, administering medications, assisting provider with procedures and performing various tests. The Medical Assistant will actively participate as a member of the healthcare team to engage patients, families, and caregivers in the coordination of patient care.
