Coder has frequent interactions with internal and external clients. Coder focuses their work on detailed documentation abstraction from the EHR or other document and selection of CPT and DX coding based on this review. Serves as the liaison for immediate and ongoing documentation and improvement for physician coding practices, compliance and revenue optimization for all practices.
Under the direction of the Manager and Supervisors of Environmental Services, the Aide is responsible for maintaining the Medical Center in a clean and orderly fashion. This is accomplished by following the established cleaning standards.

The Registered Nurse-Obstetrics: Pediatrics Rotation assigned to the Mother/Baby unit fulfills the essential functions of the RN-Pediatric. Responsible to the Manager for overall nursing practice. Provides professional nursing care based on current nursing knowledge through use of the ANA Maternal Child Health Nursing Practice Standards. This includes the responsibility for assessment of the patients' needs, development of the plan of care to meet those needs, implementation of nursing interventions, and evaluations of patient care outcomes.
